Tourism
While we’re located just 20 minutes from New Braunfels and San Marcos - two legendary Texas tourist destinations - the Kingsbury/Fentress area also offers all the river entertainment of its more famous counterparts without all the crowds. If you are coming out to the club from Houston or Dallas, consider making a weekend of it at one of our recommended local establishments. There is both luxurious and cozy, local lodging. You can enjoy also all Texas has to offer in the way of culinary treats within a twenty-minute drive of the club. Just 15 minutes away is Lockhart, considered the BBQ capital of Texas. Seguin, also just 15 minutes away, boasts an incredible number of locally-owned and operated taco establishments. The San Marcos River is a sun-soaked destination for river floating in the spring and summer. Plus, it’s a pristine fishing destination in the fall and winter. Check out our favorite local providers: Stay, Eat, Play.
